Peter M. Green

Peter Green has over 27 years experience in Hollywood – as an award winning film, television and new media producer, a development executive at Paramount and Disney, and Head of Programming for G4 TV.

Mr. Green developed and produced the Unauthorized Beverly Hills 90210 Movie for Lifetime. Since 2011 Mr. Green has produced 24 Hours of Reality for Vice President Al Gore. The recent 2017 show was broadcast for 24 hours live from New York’s Roosevelt Island and was seen in over 120 countries.

Green was Senior Vice President, Production at Paramount Famous Productions where he produced Mean Girls 2 and Road Trip – Beer Pong. He also developed scripts for Clueless 2, The Second Wives Club and Naked Gun 4 ¼.

Mr. Green served as President at Disney’s Fountain Productions, where he worked on the Love Bug sequel Herbie Rides Again. He also developed and produced Inspector Gadget 2.

For ABC, Green executive produced The Miracle Worker starring David Strathairn; Ladies and the Champ starring Oscar-winner Olympia Dukakis; and Geppetto, an original TV musical by Oscar-winning composer Stephen Schwartz (Wicked) starring Drew Carey and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

As Vice President, Production for Disney Telefilms, Green over saw the top-rated Annie directed by Rob Marshall (Chicago, Pirates of the Caribbean). Annie starred Tony-winners Kathy Bates, Alan Cumming and Kristen Chenowith and garnered nominations for a Golden Globe and 12 Emmy Awards. Green also guided Jerry Bruckheimer’s first foray into long form television with MaxQ, and Justin Timberlake’s television acting debut in Model Behavior.

Green began his career at Disney in development, production and casting at Disney’s Hollywood Pictures working on such features as Crimson Tide, The Rock, While You Were Sleeping, Evita, Eddie, and The Hand That Rocks the Cradle. He began his career as casting associate on the films A League of Their Own and Cool World.

Mr. Green is a graduate of Wesleyan University and native of Chicago.
